I looked like a fool trying to follow her dance moves. I'm not very rhythmic. Dancing is definitely not for me. I realized that after spending $15 plus tax.

Nothing wrong with the dvd. Viewed just one time.

I think it's a pretty fun dvd if you like different dance moves. "Fat Burning"...nah, I doubt it.
